A funny movie lover, Qadir is a friendly guy to everyone he talks to. Qadir’s client had this to say about him and his skills: “Qadir has taken on several high level projects for us. Each one has been well executed and resulted in very satisfied Fortune 100 clients. He is always willing to drop things and help me out of a jam if anything comes up critical. Aside from his work ethic he is just genuinely a great guy on a great team I have at Allshore.”
His Team Lead, Nasir T., told us: “Qadir is one of the best teammates I have in my group. He has great talent and is always very dedicated towards his work. He has always given his clients the best solutions. His client is very impressed by the work that he does. He always tries to help out others if they require assistance and is also very open-minded to getting help from others if he requires it. He is a fast learner and that helps him be at the top of his game. I have always heard good things about him from others and am very proud to have him on my team.”
So, first off what got you started working in the IT industry?
My first interaction with a computer was in 2000, and that first interaction made me love this new technology. That was the time when I decided that I would have my career in IT; you can say it was love at first sight.
Have you enjoyed your years in IT?
IT is a dream field for me, so I have really enjoyed every second of my career.
What are your favorite frameworks to work with, and why?
I love working with the .NET framework and I have worked professionally with it my whole career. Other than that, I like Java, and in the future I plan to learn ruby as well.
So, how long have you been with our company? Any special memories you’d like to share?
It has almost been one and a half years here at Allshore, and I have really enjoyed my time. I especially enjoy the time I spend working for my client, because that is the reason why I am here.
What advice do you have for newcomers to the company? Is there anything that you think is the key to success?
I would encourage newcomers to join the company because it’s a platform where they can expand their skills by interacting and working directly with their client. This ultimately will help them not only improve their technical skills but also their communication skills. For me, hard work and honesty in your profession is the key to success.

Do you any funny stories from home/friends to share?
Yes, it’s a moment from my childhood. I am the eldest of four brothers, and one night our parents were not at home and we were alone. We were all sleeping in a room and suddenly the light went out. We all got up. It was too dark! My youngest brothers started crying, and I asked younger brother to open the door. He got up in the dark and went to find the door, but the next sentence I heard from him was “Oh no, someone has locked the door from outside.” When the younger ones heard that they started crying louder, and I was also scared. I thought, “What should I do now,” so I asked my brother to keep trying the door and told him I would find the matchbox to make some light in the room. I stood up and started looking for the matchbox in the dark, and suddenly the light came on and I saw a scene I can’t forget. My brother whom I sent to open the door was actually pulling the window instead of the door! We were laughing the whole night about that. We are all married now, but still whenever we are together we often remember that night and laugh about it.
Qadir loves cricket and plays on the office cricket team often as a fast bowler. He also enjoys football and tennis in his free time. His favorite quote is ““Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them,” from William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night.
