PresidentWith more than 15 years of all-encompassing experience gleaned from extensive exposure to the IT industry, Randall Agee gained the skills and expertise to effectively form a successful offshore staffing firm. Having obtained his MIS degree at the University of Texas – Arlington in 2000, he has since then developed a career in IT-related fields, working for over seven years as a consultant to different firms in and around Norman, Oklahoma. In his search for the most cost-effective means of web development, Randall discovered the world of outsourcing.
In August 2009, he started Allshore, to provide offshore staffing at an affordable cost. His unique business model not only safeguards his U.S. clients from outsourcing’s inherent flaws, it also severely limits clients’ exposure to the common drawbacks that plague this otherwise wonderful resource. He currently oversees and manages all offices as the Chief Executive Officer. Randall has also served in the Texas Air National Guard and was promoted to the rank of Captain before retiring in 2002. He now resides in Norman with his wife and three children.
Chief Operations OfficerAfter graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Production from Oklahoma State University in 2010, Tara Waddle relocated to Norman and began her career with Allshore as an account executive. Her contribution in this position became the foundation for today's support processes and procedures at Allshore. She was promoted to Director of Client Relations in 2012, where she further strengthed client retention, and developed the Support, HR, and Recruiting departments.
In early 2013, Tara was promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer. Currently, she leads all daily operations and department functions, and directs business development by evaluating the efficiency of all operational policies and processes and implementing changes to generate optimal performance and service for all Allshore clientele.
Prior to working with Allshore, Tara had organized, managed, and contributed to a number of high profile events, including a speech by a former U.S. President and multiple concerts for Oklahoma radio stations. Choosing not to limit her studies to one particular field, Tara also studied psychology, communication, and MENA (Middle East Northern Africa) politics and culture during her time at University, making her a well-rounded and versatile asset. She remains passionate about imparting her knowledge on others, in order to grow the business and mentor her team.
When she is not working at Allshore, Tara volunteers at the City of Norman Animal Welfare Center as a shelter photographer and animal socializer. She is an avid baker, loves to read, and enjoys staying active with local events.
Lead Sales ManagerBeau Bell graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology. His time as a student athlete allowed him to acquire strong discipline, work ethic, and people skills. Beau joined the Allshore team as Lead Sales Manager in June of 2016 where he gets to showcase his passion for leading edge technology and interpersonal communication. He currently collaborates with technical management to ensure that Allshore’s clients receive the services that best meet their needs.
Currently working out of our Kansas City office, Beau enjoys spending his free time attending sporting events with friends and family, meeting new people, and exploring local hotspots around the city.
Sales ManagerAlex Wright is a sales and marketing professional more than nine years of experience in business development. With great interest and extensive training, he started as a Customer Relationship Manager with a renowned American dispatch center in Chicago. Throughout his career and education, Alex has worked to perfect his communication and business management skills.
Given his past experience with customer satisfaction and an interest in IT, he joined Allshore as Senior Sales Executive in 2011. With his expeditious success, he was quickly promoted to Sales Manager and now oversees a team of sales professionals and helps bring innovations to business development. When Alex is not working, he loves to watch movies and spend time with friends.
Client Relations ManagerIn May 2012, Andrea graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a minor in Spanish. During and following her college education, she has gained more than seven years of customer service experience and two years of management experience. Andrea’s father is Icelandic and her grandmother is English, so she developed cultural awareness and an interest in international relations from an early age. Additionally, she gained international experience firsthand by studying abroad for a semester in Salamanca, Spain, and traveling extensively throughout Spain and Portugal.
As a Client Relations Manager, Andrea provides daily operational oversight and support management, and facilitates communication between clients and developers in order to ensure quality customer service. She also aids as a recruiting assistant, conducting development staff interviews and new employee training.
Outside of work, Andrea (also known as Andie) loves traveling, long distance running, reading Spanish literature, and keeping up with current events.
Client Relations ManagerBrittany Lucht graduated with an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Tulsa Community College in 2010 before continuing her education at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations. Brittany has many years of work experience in customer service and management where she enjoyed working directly with customers and other employees. Her experiences in customer service helped her realize her love of working with people and led her to pursue a degree in HR.
Brittany joined the Allshore team as a Client Relations Manager in October of 2013 where she gets to combine her HR skills with her love of working with people. She currently collaborates with both our development staff and clientele to provide daily operational oversight, management and support to facilitate communication between both parties.
Currently residing in Oklahoma City, Brittany likes to spend her free time reading, fanatically watching movies, or hanging out with friends.
Client Relations ManagerIn August 2014, Katherine Lipsmeyer graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in Art. During her college career, she gained several years of customer service and management experience, including work as a personal assistant and a sales manager.
After relocating to Norman, Katherine began working with Allshore in November 2014 as a Client Relations Manager. She currently collaborates with both our development staff and clientele to provide daily operational oversight, management and support to facilitate communication between both parties.
In her free time, Katherine (also known as Katie) loves to spend time with her family and friends, or enjoys studying history, reading, drawing, cooking, and hiking.
Client Relations ManagerLaura Wright, a Norman, Okla. native, joined the Allshore family in July 2015. After graduating from an engineering and electrical technology school, Laura briefly studied at Oklahoma State University before returning home to continue her education in Norman.
Laura has more than ten years of experience within the customer service industry, while obtaining some global management experience. Her expertise in this field includes skills such as interpersonal communication and oversight management, among many others. With a strong work ethic, Laura's enjoys working with other people in any capacity. Her love of providing superior service to her clients and her dedication makes her a wonderful fit as a Client Relations Manager.
While not at work, Laura enjoys painting, playing the violin, gardening, and spending time with her daughter.
Administrative CoordinatorIn the fall of 2013 Anne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and a minor in Japanese from the University of Oklahoma. Throughout her life, Anne has had an avid interest in learning about other cultures and languages, focusing primarily on Asia. In college she further expanded her cultural understanding when she studied abroad in Kyoto, Japan.
With more than eight years of customer service and management experience, Anne assists in multiple departments as Allshore's Administrative Coordinator. A process-minded person with a love for managing documentation, Anne's responsibilities include directing contracts and legal documents, company process and policy writing, and managing sales to recruiting, as well as the coordination of Allshore's social media and community outreach.
In her free time, Anne enjoys reading, learning history, hiking, and cooking.
